There are several ways to submit a Right-to-Know request in Delaware County. You can mail it to Leah Lewis at 201 West Front Street, Room 205, Media, PA 19063. Hand delivery is accepted at the Delaware County Government Center during business hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Email requests go to OpenRecords@co.delaware.pa.us. Fax requests go to (610) 891-4816. The county uses JustFOIA software to manage records requests. If you ask for an email response, you will get a link to view and download records through that portal.
Per Delaware County policy, requests must use either the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records standard form or the Delaware County JustFOIA Form. Only U.S. residents may submit requests. Anonymous requests will not be processed. The county follows the same five-business-day response timeline required by the Right-to-Know Law (65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104).

How to Request Records in Delaware County
